Welcome to Iris Coworking! These Terms of Service govern the rights and obligations between the user and Iris Coworking (hereinafter referred to as the "Space"). By using the services of this space, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:

1. DEFINITIONS

  • "Space" refers to the coworking space managed by Iris Coworking.
  • "User" is any individual or legal entity that uses the coworking services.
  • "Services" include access to desks, internet connection, kitchen, meeting rooms, events, and other amenities.

2. RIGHT OF USE

The user is granted access to the space in accordance with their selected package. Access may be time-limited (e.g. weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00) or 24/7 (upon prior agreement and special terms). The right of use does not grant exclusivity over any part of the space or the right to sublease.

3. WORKING HOURS

  • Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:00
  • Weekends and holidays: closed (except for users with 24h access).

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respect the house rules and internal policies;
  • Do not disturb other users with noise or inappropriate behavior;
  • Maintain cleanliness of the area you use;
  • Do not use the space for illegal activities;
  • Report any damage to the staff.

5. INTERNET AND TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT

The space offers Wi-Fi access to all users. It is forbidden to:

  • Abuse the network (hacking, spam, etc.);
  • Connect equipment that may compromise the system.

Violation of these rules may result in a ban from using the space.

6. RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Reservations are made via email.
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance may be charged in full.
  • Monthly users may terminate the contract with 7 days' written notice.

7. SAFETY AND LIABILITY

  • The space is used at your own risk.
  • We are not responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings.
  • The user is responsible for any damage caused.

8. TERMINATION BY THE SPACE

The space reserves the right to terminate cooperation in cases of:

  • Violation of the terms of service;
  • Jeopardizing the safety or comfort of others;
  • Failure to meet financial obligations.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

Terms may be changed. All changes will be posted on the website or notice board and take effect immediately upon posting.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes will be resolved amicably. If not possible, the court in Bijeljina has jurisdiction.

HOUSE RULES OF THE COWORKING SPACE

1. GENERAL RULES

  • Silence in common areas.
  • Use headphones.
  • No alcohol (unless announced).
  • Smoking only outside the building.

2. WORKSPACE

  • Use the space according to your package.
  • Keep your desk tidy.
  • Do not occupy more space than allowed.

3. COMMON AREAS

  • Kitchen: clean up after yourself.
  • Meeting room: reservation required.
  • Toilet: do not flush wet wipes.

4. SAFETY

  • Do not leave valuables unattended.
  • Permanent members can use a locker (keep the key safe).
  • In case of an accident, notify the staff.
